One of the best dining experiences in Chennai
I had the pleasure of eating dinner at Dakshin last week and I am waiting for my next visit there.
We opted for the South Indian Vegetatian - started with vadai, banana doshi and several flavors of chuttneys. The waiters are always there to refill your plate.
The main course parotta and appam with stew and korma was unbelievable authentic.
The red wine to wash this all down was subtle and refined.
Finally the background live music kept the mood going for this wonderful dining experience.
Now the bad part about the expense - if you have to look at the bill then this is certainly not the place to go. Enjoy this on an expense paid visit.
