The pizza is authentic Italian with a slight Indian touch. That means, it's not like Pizza Hut or Domino's. It's like real Italian pizza (from Italy, not US ;-). That's probably why one would go to this place.
The minestrone soup is just as non-Italian as the pizza is authentic Italian. I'm not sure why they call it Minestrone! It was a yellow (yes, y e l l o w!) broth with pieces of cauliflower floating in it. The waiter tried to explain how it is the correct original recipe, but when we insisted, he was courteous enough to offer us Tomato soup at no extra charge.
